Lee Heon (Yeonhui-gun) – played by Lee Chae-min (이채민)
Lee Heon is the king, known as Prince Yeonhui in his youth. When he was eight, his mother, Lady Yeon, was removed from her position as queen by the Han clan, led by Queen Dowager Inju. Queen Dowager Inju – played by Seo Yi-sook (서이숙)
In the drama, she is called Daewang Daebi mama. She is Lee Heon’s grandmother and helped him become king. She constantly worries that the truth about Lady Yeon’s removal will be discovered. She holds the key to the incident.
Queen Dowager Jahyun – played by Shin Eun-jung (신은정)
